French Brie with Walnut Honey Glaze
A quick and simple French delight.
Ingredients
- 1 wheel brie
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- 1. Remove brie from refrigerator about one hour before preparation to allow to reach room temperature2. Melt butter in med sauce pan in med-high heat3. Add chopped walnuts, cook for 1 min, then add cinnamon, gently mix for about 20 seconds4. Remove from heat5. Pour mixture over brie6. Serve with apple slices and/or crackers
