GF Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 each eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted 1/2 cup
- 1.5 cups gluten free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
- MIx first 4 ingrediants in a large bowl.
- Separately mix the rest of the ingredients (dry ingredients) in a med-bowl.
- Slowly add and mix the dry ingredients (med-bowl) into the larger bowl with the wet ingredients.
- Spray your baking pan with cooking oil or rub with butter.
- Pour mixture into baking pan.
- Bake about 50 minutes, or until incerted knife comes out clean from incerting into the center of the bread.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes; transfer to a cooling rack for about 30 more minutes.
- Enjoy!
Notes
This is a wonderful bread to make if you have ripe bananas sitting around. The gluten free flour makes it tasty for those who have a gluten intolerance. Enjoy and let us know how you like it!
