Separately mix the rest of the ingredients (dry ingredients) in a med-bowl.
Slowly add and mix the dry ingredients (med-bowl) into the larger bowl with the wet ingredients.
Spray your baking pan with cooking oil or rub with butter.
Pour mixture into baking pan.
Bake about 50 minutes, or until incerted knife comes out clean from incerting into the center of the bread.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes; transfer to a cooling rack for about 30 more minutes.
