Completed Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in late 2016.
I am a writer, a researcher, a lover of food and passionate about making a difference in the world. I worked for many years in international relations for the US Government and am inspired by the many rich cultures in the world. In late 2016, I graduated from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts where I learned how to better convert my passion into something tasty!
Food is a beautiful way to bring the world together. Through my education: graduate degrees in Economics, International Relations and Diplomacy, Culinary Arts, language fluency: Spanish and Portuguese, travels and research and writing experience, I am excited about exploring food and the many ways food influences our cultures and lives.
